Q: Will I get a Certificate Of Authenticity with my autograph?
A: Yes, every one of our autographed items signed in person that we witness or obtained from other reputable dealers will come with PAC SIGNATURES hologram affixed to the item and Certificate of Authenticity assuring that the item you purchased has been personally signed by the athlete(s) celebrity/celebrities. The authenticity of the signature(s) is unconditionally guaranteed by PAC SIGNATURES. See each items ad description for specific details. That is the only way to be certain of a signature, and we won't have it any other way.

Q: When I place an order with you is my personal information kept private?
A: Yes we respect your privacy any and all the information collected by us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

Q: Do you buy or trade autographs?
A: Yes Email us a description of your item along with a picture.

Q: Can you notify me when you get autographs I am interested in and about upcoming signings?
A: Yes! If you are looking for a particular autograph that we don't currently have, or if you just want to know about up coming signings of your favorite athletes or celebrities, feel free to e-mail us. We will put you on our e-mail list to let you know whenever we get new items in and have private or public signings.

Q: Do you offer a lay away plan so I can buy autographs on time?
A: Yes we do offer a lay away program. We generally ask for 30% of the order total as a down payment and the rest in regular installments. We are certainly willing to be flexible, so just contact us and we can organize a schedule that works for both of us.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: They vary.

Q: What is your return policy?

Buyer's Remorse:

If you have any questions about the product you are thinking about buying, or about our policies, please contact us prior to making a purchase. Once you place an order on our website, it cannot be cancelled. We rapidly process all orders in automation to meet our standards, and normally begin to process orders within minutes of receiving them.
 
If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number ready so we can attempt to stop your order in processing, or correct it before it ships out. There is no guarantee that your order has not already been processed or shipped out, and it may be subject to re-processing fees.
 
If you do not want the item you have received, or if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. However, returns of this nature will be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee and shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. Vintage and game-used items cannot be returned.
 
If for any reason an item is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping charges due on the refusal, plus any original shipping charges.

Damaged Upon Arrival:

All Packages: For orders shipped out via FedEx, USPS, UPS or any similar service:
Inspect your package before signing for delivery. If you notice there is damage to the package, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt. DO NOT refuse delivery, simply note any damage on the delivery receipt which protects you and allows us to assist you 100%.
All of our shipments are 100 percent insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Therefore, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.
 
If you receive an item and it appears damaged, please contact us immediately. All damaged items will be replaced and shipped to you for free as long as the product is in stock. Due to our agreement with the above small package carriers any damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
 
  1. Please contact PAC SIGNATURES at 570-956-8351 or Email sales@pacsignatures.com for your Return Authorization Number (RA).

  2. In order to receive credit, we require that you:

    • Damaged merchandise must be returned in original carton and packaging.

    • Mark the shipping container CLEARLY with the RA number.

    • Include the item to be returned with the Certificate of Authenticity.

    • No credit will be issued if any of the above is missing.

    • We will refund shipping and handling charges only if our merchandise was damaged, defective ,or shipped to you in error.

    • Pack carefully and return to:

      All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest for your own protection that you ship the package back to us insured for the purchase value.
